Who runs it

[LLC legal name], [address]. Email [email], phone [US phone]. We're an independent study service, not the DMV, and not affiliated with any government agency.

What you'll see

Your receipt, and whether your teen has used the invite. Their Ready Check, read-only, only if they choose to share it with you. You never see their answers.

Let them try first

Send your teen the free 20-question test. If they want the plan, their "Send the bill to a parent" link comes back to you, and you pay on your own phone.

Buy now for my teen

You need to be 18 or older and the cardholder. Your receipt has an invite code: your teen enters it on their phone to open the plan.

Why the 18+ box: in California a minor can cancel a contract they sign (Family Code section 6710), so the person paying must be an adult.
