Refund Policy

14 days, full refund, any reason

If the California Ready Plan isn't right for you, email [email] within 14 days of paying and we'll refund the full $14.99. You don't need to give a reason. Your receipt shows the last day.

Write from the email address you paid with, or include your receipt, so we can find your purchase. If someone else paid for you, the person who paid asks, and the money goes back to them.

One refund per customer

Each person can get one refund. After a refund, access to the plan ends on every phone and computer, and we email the person who paid to confirm it.

When you'll see the money

We process refunds within 2 business days. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Paid twice?

If the same plan is paid for twice, for example by card and by PayPal, or by you and a parent, we refund the extra payment automatically and email to say so. Your plan stays open.

Disputes

Please ask us first. If a payment is disputed with your bank or reversed through PayPal, access to the plan ends while the dispute is open. It comes back if the dispute is closed in our favor.

If you fail your test

You don't need a refund to keep studying. There's nothing more to pay: your plan stays open and restarts to your retake date.
