What can happen if your BAC is 0.15 percent or higher?

The rule

Your license can be suspended if your BAC is 0.15 percent or higher, after a DUI or DUAC conviction, or when you refuse implied-consent testing.

Reaching 0.15 percent BAC or higher can lead to the suspension of your license and driving privileges.

From the SCDMV Driver's License Manual, page 3-7. This question is our own wording of that rule. The handbook and the DMV have the final word.
