You are 17. At what BAC does SC suspend your driving privilege right away?
The rule
Under 21, a BAC test result of 0.02 percent or higher means your driving privilege is suspended right away, for three months or more.
If you are under 21 and a test shows a BAC of 0.02 percent or more, your driving privilege is suspended at once, for three months or more.
From the SCDMV Driver's License Manual, page 3-7. This question is our own wording of that rule. The handbook and the DMV have the final word.
