A driver under 21 with a BAC of at least 0.02% but under 0.08% can be found guilty of illegal alcohol consumption; at 0.08% or more, of DUI.

Under 21, a BAC of at least 0.02% can bring a conviction for illegal consumption. At 0.08% or more, it can be DUI. Even a little alcohol can cross the line.
