You are 17. What is the lowest BAC that makes it illegal for you to drive?

The rule

A driver under 21 is legally under the influence of alcohol with a BAC of 0.02 or more.

Drivers under 21 are legally under the influence at a BAC of 0.02 or more. That is very low, so even a small amount of alcohol can put you over.

From the Georgia Drivers' Manual, page 23. This question is our own wording of that rule. The handbook and the DDS have the final word.
