Practice question · Alcohol and drugs

You are over 21 and driving your own car. At what BAC are you legally under the influence?

The rule

A driver 21 or older is legally under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.08 or more.

If you are 21 or older, a BAC of 0.08 or more means you are legally under the influence. Drivers under 21 have a lower limit, 0.02.

From the Georgia Drivers' Manual, page 23. This question is our own wording of that rule. The handbook and the DDS have the final word.
