You are 17. At what BAC do you face penalties under the zero-tolerance law?

The rule

Zero tolerance: a driver under 21 caught driving with a BAC of 0.02 or higher faces penalties and loses their license.

Drivers under 21 face penalties for a BAC of 0.02% or higher, and lose their license. That's about one drink.

From the Massachusetts Driver's Manual, page 73. This question is our own wording of that rule. The handbook and the RMV have the final word.
