What has every licensed driver agreed to, under the Implied Consent Law?

The rule

Under the Implied Consent Law, every licensed driver has agreed to a breath or blood test if arrested by an officer who believes they are OUI. The officer may also ask for a field sobriety test.

Every licensed driver has agreed to a breath or blood test if a police officer believes they are OUI and arrests them.

From the Massachusetts Driver's Manual, page 72. This question is our own wording of that rule. The handbook and the RMV have the final word.
