How much should you slow down on a wet road?
The rule
On a wet road, slow down by 5 to 10 mph below your normal speed.
On a wet road, drive 5 to 10 mph slower than you would on a dry road. Wet: 5 to 10 slower · Snow: half · Ice: 5 mph max.
