Practice question · Lanes and turns

Passing on a two-lane road, you must be back in your lane before an oncoming car is within what distance?

The rule

When you pass on a two-lane road, you must be back in your own lane before the passing zone ends, before an intersection, and before oncoming traffic comes within 200 feet of you.

Finish your pass and be back in the right lane before oncoming traffic is within 200 feet of you.

From the Georgia Drivers' Manual, page 19. This question is our own wording of that rule. The handbook and the DDS have the final word.
