On an interstate, what speed brings Georgia's $200 Super Speeder fee if you're convicted?
The rule
A conviction for driving 75 mph or more on a two-lane road, or 85 mph or more on any Georgia road, adds a $200 state Super Speeder fee to local fines. Not paying it on time suspends your license, with a $50 reinstatement fee.
A conviction for 85 mph or more on any road, or 75 mph or more on a two-lane road, adds a $200 state fee to the local fine.
From the Georgia Drivers' Manual, page 21. This question is our own wording of that rule. The handbook and the DDS have the final word.
