Practice question · Speed and conditions

Unless a sign says otherwise, what is the speed limit on a rural interstate in Georgia?

The rule

Unless signs say otherwise, the limit is 70 mph on a rural interstate and 65 mph on an urban interstate or a multi-lane divided highway.

With no other limit posted, a rural interstate is 70 mph. An urban interstate or multi-lane divided highway is 65 mph.

From the Georgia Drivers' Manual, page 21. This question is our own wording of that rule. The handbook and the DDS have the final word.
