What does this warning sign mean?
The rule
Yellow warning signs such as Two Roads Merging and Lane Ends Merge Left warn that traffic joins ahead or that your lane ends and you must merge.
A Two Roads Merging sign tells you that another road joins yours ahead.
From the Maryland Driver's Manual, Section 4, page 22. This question is our own wording of that rule. The handbook and the MVA have the final word.
