You're on an on-ramp, merging onto the interstate. Who has the right of way?
The rule
On an entrance or acceleration ramp, yield to drivers already on the limited-access or interstate highway.
When you merge, the traffic already on the highway goes first. Get up to the speed of traffic and merge into a gap big enough for your car.
