In the evening, when must your headlights be on?
The rule
Your headlights must be on from half an hour after sunset until half an hour before sunrise, any time it is raining, and whenever visibility is limited.
Headlights must be on from 30 minutes after sunset until 30 minutes before sunrise, any time it's raining, and whenever you can't see well.
From the Georgia Drivers' Manual, page 24. This question is our own wording of that rule. The handbook and the DDS have the final word.
