What is the fine for breaking Maryland's Move Over Law when no crash results?

The rule

Breaking the Move Over Law costs a $110 fine and 1 point on your license.

A Move Over violation with no crash costs a $110 fine and one point. A crash raises it to $150 and three points.

From the Maryland Driver's Manual, Section 8, page 45. This question is our own wording of that rule. The handbook and the MVA have the final word.
