A junior operator's first speeding conviction brings what suspension?
The rule
A junior operator's first speeding conviction means a 90-day suspension and a later one a year. Drag racing means one year the first time and three years after that.
For junior operators, a first speeding offense brings a 90-day suspension. A second brings one year.
From the Massachusetts Driver's Manual, page 11. This question is our own wording of that rule. The handbook and the RMV have the final word.
