You are 25 and driving. How may you use your phone?
The rule
Georgia's hands-free law bars every driver from holding or supporting a phone with any part of the body. A phone may be used only through headphones, a wireless device, or a holder or mount, and texting and watching or recording video are not allowed.
Drivers may not hold or support a phone at all. Use it only through headphones, a wireless device, or a holder or mount, and never text.
From the Georgia Drivers' Manual, page 25. This question is our own wording of that rule. The handbook and the DDS have the final word.
