At a T intersection with no STOP or YIELD signs, who has the right of way?
The rule
When you stop at a T intersection, yield to the drivers already on the road you are entering.
At a T with no STOP or YIELD signs, traffic already on the through road goes first. If your road ends at the T, you wait.
From the Maryland Driver's Manual, Section 3, page 14. This question is our own wording of that rule. The handbook and the MVA have the final word.
