When may you turn left on a red light?

The rule

After stopping at a red light, you may turn left from one one-way street onto another one-way street whose traffic moves to the left, yielding to people crossing and to other traffic.

You may turn left on red only from a one-way street onto another one-way street, if no sign forbids it. Stop first and yield to anyone with a green light.

From the Official Florida Driver License Handbook, page 51. This question is our own wording of that rule. The handbook and the DMV have the final word.
