You're parking facing uphill on a road with no curb. Which way should you turn your front wheels?
The rule
When you park facing uphill on a road with no curb, turn your wheels to the right, so a rolling car would go off the road, away from traffic.
Uphill with no curb: turn your wheels to the right. If the car rolls, it goes off the road, away from traffic. With a curb: uphill away, downhill toward it.
From the Official Florida Driver License Handbook, page 66. This question is our own wording of that rule. The handbook and the DMV have the final word.
