You and another car reach an intersection with no signs or signals at the same time. Who goes first?
The rule
If vehicles reach an intersection at about the same time, each driver yields to the driver on the right. Bicyclists count as vehicles.
When you arrive at the same moment as another vehicle, bicyclist or pedestrian, the one on the right goes first.
From the Official Florida Driver License Handbook, page 62. This question is our own wording of that rule. The handbook and the DMV have the final word.
