You and another car reach an intersection with no signs or signals at the same time. Who goes first?
The rule
If you and another driver reach an intersection at the same time, yield to the driver on your right.
When you arrive at the same moment as another vehicle, the one on the right goes first.
From the Maryland Driver's Manual, Section 3, page 13. This question is our own wording of that rule. The handbook and the MVA have the final word.
