Where are a large truck's blind spots?

The rule

A large vehicle has blind spots on all four sides: right, left, front and back. Don't follow closely or ride in the space around a truck: if you can't see its rearview mirrors, you're tailgating.

A large vehicle has blind spots on all four sides: right, left, front and back. A car or motorcycle can easily hide in them.

From the Massachusetts Driver's Manual, page 106. This question is our own wording of that rule. The handbook and the RMV have the final word.
