Report crashes with injuries or over $500 damage
A free practice question for the Georgia permit test, with the answer explained.

You are in a crash and someone is hurt. When must you notify law enforcement?
The rule
After a crash, call the nearest law enforcement agency right away if anyone is hurt or killed, or if property damage is more than $500.
If anyone is injured or killed, or property damage is over $500, notify the nearest law enforcement agency immediately.
From the Georgia Drivers' Manual, page 50. This question is our own wording of that rule. The handbook and the DDS have the final word.
