The rule
Crosswalks at intersections may be marked with paint or unmarked. Either way, people crossing in them have the right of way.
Not all crosswalks are painted. In a marked or unmarked crosswalk, the pedestrian has the right of way.
From the Official Florida Driver License Handbook, page 88. This question is our own wording of that rule. The handbook and the DMV have the final word.
