A school bus ahead is stopped with its stop arm out. What must you do?

The rule

On a two-way road, drivers going either way must stop for a school bus that's stopped with its stop signal out to pick up or drop off children, and stay stopped until the signal is withdrawn and every child is off the road.

A school bus showing its stop signal means stop, from either direction on a two-way road. Stay stopped until the signal is withdrawn and children are clear.

From the Official Florida Driver License Handbook, page 89. This question is our own wording of that rule. The handbook and the DMV have the final word.
